Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. About SnoGo

SnoGo (snogo.pro) is an online marketplace that connects homeowners and businesses ("Customers") with independent snow removal providers ("Pros"), from neighborhood shovelers to plow-truck operators. SnoGo is not a snow removal company. Pros are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SnoGo.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old. Pros must be at least 18, or at least 13 with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian ("Teen Pros"). A parent or guardian must create or approve a Teen Pro account, agrees to these terms on the teen's behalf, and is responsible for the teen's use of SnoGo.

3. Teen Pros

Teen Pros may only accept jobs, hours and equipment allowed by their parent or guardian and by local labor laws. Teen Pros may not operate plow trucks or other motor vehicles for SnoGo jobs. Customers agree to treat Teen Pros respectfully and not to ask them to work in unsafe conditions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your information accurate and up to date.

5. Booking a job

Customers describe the property and the areas to clear. Pros set or accept the price before a job is confirmed. Customers must give accurate information and mark or disclose obstacles such as curbs, landscaping, irrigation heads, vehicles, steps and surface hazards.

6. Payments and fees

Prices shown before booking include the Pro's rate and SnoGo's service fee. Payments are processed by our payment provider and released to the Pro after the job is marked complete. Tips are optional and go entirely to the Pro. Payments for jobs found through SnoGo must be made through SnoGo.

7. Weather, cancellations and refunds

Snow events are unpredictable, so jobs may be delayed or rescheduled for safety. Customers may cancel without charge before a Pro starts traveling to the job. If a Pro cancels or does not show up, the Customer is refunded in full. Disputes about job quality should be reported within 24 hours through the app.

8. Ice and slip-and-fall

Snow removal does not guarantee a surface free of snow or ice. Conditions can change quickly after a job, including refreezing, drifting and new snowfall. Property owners and managers remain responsible for monitoring conditions and for de-icing, salting and warning visitors about hazards, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

9. Property damage

Pros are responsible for using reasonable care. Customers must report any damage caused during a job within 48 hours, with photos, through the app. SnoGo will help Customers and Pros communicate but does not pay for or guarantee repairs, and is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or were hidden under snow.

10. Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, fraud, unsafe work practices, and arranging jobs outside SnoGo to avoid fees are not allowed and may lead to removal from the platform.

11. Liability

SnoGo provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnoGo is not liable for injuries, property damage or other losses arising from any job or interaction between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees SnoGo received from you in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify account holders before they take effect. Questions: info@snogo.pro.
