Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, role), service addresses and property notes, photos you upload, job history, messages sent through SnoGo, Pro profile and equipment details, approximate location while a Pro is on a job, payment and payout information handled by our payment provider, and basic device and usage data.

2. How we use it

To match Customers with nearby Pros, schedule and complete jobs, process payments and payouts, send job updates and alerts, provide support, keep the platform safe and meet legal obligations.

3. What we share

When a job is booked, the Pro sees the service address, job details and the Customer's first name, and the Customer sees the Pro's profile. We share data with service providers that help us run SnoGo (such as hosting, maps, payments and messaging) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Teen Pros

Teen Pro accounts are created or approved by a parent or guardian. We collect only the information needed to run the account, and a parent or guardian may review, update or delete a Teen Pro's information at any time by contacting us.

5. Payments

Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by SnoGo.

6. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for payments, tax, safety and legal requirements.

7. Your choices

You can update your profile at any time, turn off non-essential notifications, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@snogo.pro, subject to legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

9. Children

SnoGo is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 may only use SnoGo as Teen Pros with a parent or guardian's consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: info@snogo.pro.
